Our powder coating spray booths are made in the USA specifically for powder coating applications and to meet sophisticated, multi-function process requirements. We offer many booth configurations sized to meet your exact specifications. 

When your production line requires uninterrupted process throughput, TF Systems provides cross-draft (tunnel style) spray enclosures. Additional airflow profiles are available and will depend on your unique application. Depending on your needs, our powder coating booths can be equipped with automatic powder gun arrays, programmable controls, and conveyors for a completely automated finishing system.

Our top-of-the-line booth is a quick color change cyclone booth with a PVC cabin. It combines the latest painting technologies to ensure the highest performance and quick color changes.

Open front liquid paint booths provide a safe and clean environment for your finishing operations. TF Systems will design and deliver an open face liquid booth in any size and configuration to meet your special requirements. With this cross-draft design, air is drawn through the open front and exhausted across back wall filters. Exhaust ducts are required to ventilate the booth to the outside atmosphere. .

TF Solutions is your supplier for large vehicle and big equipment refinishing booths. We provide innovative spray enclosures used for refinishing all kinds of vehicles, including trucks, RVs, buses, and anything “over sized.”

This type of cabinet is available in three recirculating airflow configurations: full downdraft, side downdraft and crossdraft. You can also add heat and air make-up to meet all your paint curing needs. Custom sizes are always available.
