The innovative structure of this new booth enables quick color changes, better finishing quality, more savings and greater application efficiency. PVC is an insulating material that has antistatic characteristics, which means that paint particles are not attracted to the constructive parts of the equipment, preventing adherence to walls and floors.
This characteristic promotes a significant reduction of recirculated ink in the system, improving the recovered x virgin powder ratio, reducing contamination and facilitating a homogeneous layer. The result is a few thousand dollars saved in the year just in powder consumption.
In addition, the constructive concept of slots for lateral exhaustion brings to this new generation of equipment a high performance in the application and very low breakage of paint particles. Savings on applicator wear parts are strongly observed in this concept, as the air flow at the right points allows an application with less compressed air.
