TF Systems designs and delivers all types of rooms to support most surface finishing processes and storage needs. Cabinets are constructed of heavy-duty, single-skin, 18-gauge, G-90 galvanized steel to provide complete structural integrity. Panels are pre-punched and easily erected using nut-and-bolt assembly. Insulated panels are also available depending on the type of application. With all our models, blowers, non-sparking tube axial exhaust fan(s), and ductwork are all sized to deliver uniform air circulation.
Our team is exceptionally qualified to offer custom environmental rooms designed to control both temperature and humidity levels at precise tolerances, accommodating a multitude of production and testing requirements.
Our environmental walk-in cold rooms and dry rooms are used for many applications, including food and cosmetics shelf life testing, materials testing and storage, stability testing, medical and biopharmaceutical R&D, along with other purposes requiring close temperature control.
Room designs meet strict specifications for consistent room temperature gradients, microprocessor-based control and recording requirements, refrigeration system characteristics, and humidity control needs.
Mixing and storing paint releases potentially harmful vapors into the air. Offered in several airflow configurations, TF System's paint mixing rooms guarantee a safe and clean working environment for your operators by supplying fresh air throughout the enclosure at all times. Among other features, these environments prevent VOCs and other unwanted contaminants from interfering with the mixing process.
Designed to provide well-illuminated and ventilated work areas for mixing and storage applications, air is drawn through a filtered intake plenum (pressurized or non-pressurized) and vapors are continuously pulled away from workers then safely exhausted into the outside atmosphere.
Built in a variety of sizes, rooms can be integrated into most finishing system designs, or installed as stand-alone units. Paint mixing and storage rooms are designed to meet or exceed NFPA 33 and are ETL Listed.
TF Systems is a leader in the design, delivery and installation of hazardous materials storage buildings. Our experienced staff is pleased to provide a customized solution for any hazardous materials storage need. We offer a variety of services to assist you through every step of the hazardous materials management process.
Rooms include built-in secondary containment and meet EPA, OSHA and other government agency requirements for compliance and safety. Designed specifically for hazardous material storage containing flammable or combustible liquids, enclosures are built in accordance with standards set by NFPA Code 30 and comply with NEC editions.
TF System's cooling and flash rooms/enclosures produce rapid chilling and high product throughput to help prevent flaws such as bubbles, cracks, and cloudy areas in your finished surfaces.
Our cooling enclosures provide precise temperature reduction for continuous process systems, increasing line speeds and reducing overall manufacturing time. Similar in design to convection ovens, cooling tunnels have no heating capability. Instead they use blowers to distribute mechanically cooled air across part surfaces, while drawing away unwanted, heated air. Passing air across parts in this manner results in more even cooling along with significantly faster cooling times.
