HORIZONTAL POWDER COATING LINES

     Total Finishing Systems is proud to be partnered with SFB, an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of Horizontal Powder Coating Lines. The Horizontal powder coating line is a unique system to coat usually small parts on all sides moving on a flat conveyor. The innovative conveyor and suction system allows the system to recycle the powder and does not waste any powder on racks or hangers. Every year, more than one billion small parts are powder coated on an SFB system. 


     Some of the benefits of this type of technology are the following:

  • No powder stripping of hooks
  • High production capacity
  • All sides can be coated on the conveyor belt
  • Very small part sizes possible
  • Fully Automated
  • No fixed orientation of parts
